About The Role
As a Retention & Growth Specialist at the Perkbox Vivup Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the renewal sale cycles of a large portfolio of SME and self-serve accounts, as well as identifying and positioning growth opportunities. This role contributes to our growth journey in the world of Employee Benefits. Retaining the client base is important, and true account management involves seeking opportunities for growth through new benefit lines, increasing existing services, and expanding customer footprint. Our approach is based on providing increased and ongoing value to support retention and strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take a keen interest in the competitor landscape and how our value proposition compares to alternative options in the market.
* Identify growth opportunities within your account set by understanding the use-cases and client needs.
* Use CRM diligently and follow sales processes to identify trends within your allocated accounts.
* Own your target and exceed via value-based selling.

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves three main stages:
* Short call with a member of the Talent team
* 60-minute video call with the Hiring Manager and one other team member
* Final interview and task with two team members
