Location: Grantham
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Available on supply vacancies

Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire students
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons as needed
* Support pupils with varying needs and learning styles
* Work effectively with colleagues and parents to promote student achievement
* Contribute to school activities, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Participate in professional development and training

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected by September 2025
* Passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
