Care Assistant
Location: Ringstead, NN14
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
Holiday: Holiday pay accrued in line with statutory entitlement
About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive care team in the Ringstead (NN14) area. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
* Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence
* Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
* Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
* Supporting with medication in line with training and policies (where applicable)
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
* Working in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies

* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undertake training and development
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential full training and ongoing support will be provided.
