Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus

The role of Technical Manager Root Protection Systems will involve:
Technical Manager position promoting a range of tree root protection systems
Dealing with specifiers, consultants, designers, architects, civils contractors and councils
Providing technical solutions to customers ensuring that they get the best product for their requirements
Discover and establish new specifications and identify potential projects
Present CPDs (circa 8 seminars per month)
Conduct site visits assessing the customers requirements and ensuring the project can be complete
Instructing Engineers to carry out ground testing where required
Regular liaison with internal sales team to book in CPDs and client visits
Offering technical advice to the sales team to assist with the raising of quotations
The ideal applicant will be Technical Manager Root Protection Systems with:
Must have sound technical knowledge of arboriculture, civils or groundworks
Must have experience in a field based position managing your own diary
Ideally experience in ground reinforcement products such as geomembranes, grass/gravel reinforcements, drainage modules, gabions, erosion controls & root protection
Experience with dealing with specifiers, consultants, contractors and councils
Familiar with specifications and specification literature
Confident individual comfortable with presenting CPDs
Highly organised, motivated and driven
Excellent communication skills written and verbally
Outgoing, enthusiastic and confidentpersonality
Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
IT Literate
