Key responsibilities.
1. Manage the end-to-end admin process to ensure adverts are written, approved and posted across job boards within SLA.
2. Create and update deals and tickets from enquiry through to advert request and go-live.
3. Keep CRM and ATS records accurate and up to date, including credits, expiries and client details.
4. Chase advert approvals, process amendments and keep everything progressing to deadlines.
