Role Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Street Cleansing Operatives to join our team in the Camberley area. The role involves ensuring that public spaces, including streets and town areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will play a vital role in maintaining high environmental and cleanliness standards. This is a full time role Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out scheduled street cleansing duties, including litter picking, sweeping, and emptying litter bins
* Operate cleansing equipment (e.g., barrows, leaf blowers, sweepers) in a safe and responsible manner
* Report damaged street furniture, overflowing bins, or environmental hazards to supervisors
* Work in line with health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
Essential:
* Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
