We are seeking an individual to join our team to continue the high-level client care and ongoing support that is provided by Gary Morrison Wealth Management.
About the role
As Executive Assistant to Director you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our business. Your role will support the Director and Advisors in the practice: support daily workflows and deal with client queries. The role is hands on balancing client and operational management, with the ideal candidate possessing strong proficiencies in CRM software (Customer Relationship Management), diary management with excellent client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and support smooth business operations.
* Plan and organise client interactions: schedule review meetings, appointment management and ensuring engagement targets are met.
* Collate key client information and resources prior to scheduled meetings.
* To ensure client information is updated following meetings and actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Oversee client servicing to ensure service levels KPIs are met.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Daily responsibilities to be available via telephone to deal with client queries.
Personal Profile
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Experience and skills
* General experience in financial industry with interest in current affairs.
* Proven experience dealing with clients.
* Excellent task and workflow management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multi-task effectively.
