We have a current opportunity for a Guest Relations Advisor on a temporary basis initially, with the intention to become permanent. The position will be based in Hamilton and will be Office based.
Starting salary from £23'800, increasing DOE
Looking for:
* Someone with previous customer service and sales experience
* Ideally an individual with experience within the hospitality background
* Someone who takes ownership of customer issues, solves problems and is quick to react to queries
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and time manage effectively
* Confident negotiator and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all relevant teams
* Someone who shows good attention to detail and is able to work multiple software system
* Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Someone who is used to working in a team environment
What you'll be doing:
1. Maintaining guest relationships and the smooth process for checking guests in to the property and throughout their stay
2. Ensuring all payments/deposits are processed in a timely manner
3. Dealing with accommodation enquiries.
4. Liaising with maintenance teams
5. Using multiple software's in the day to day running of the business
