Responsibilities
* Build and maintain integrated productivity metrics dashboards for AI tools
* Monitor AI tool usage and adoption across the organisation
* Create and deliver automated DPO (Developer Productivity Office) data feeds
* Analyse productivity trends and surface insights to support business decision‑making
* Support reporting requirements for leadership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) reviews
* Produce monthly productivity insights reports for executive‑level audiences
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 Years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or productivity reporting
* Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
* Ability to design and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
* Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar
* Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Experience working in a technology or professional services environment (preferred)
