Fidarsi is partnering with an established wealth manager who are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of complex programmes, ensuring strong governance, effective execution, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role spans programme management, hands-on delivery, and PMO leadership, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme & Project Management
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes and projects, from initiation through to closure
* Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
* Ensure alignment of programme outcomes with organisational strategy and business objectives
* Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio
Delivery Leadership
* Drive execution of complex change initiatives, ensuring milestones and benefits are realised
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, and business units
* Provide clear direction and leadership to delivery teams, fostering accountability and high performance
* Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and best practices are applied
PMO & Governance
* Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting, and controls
* Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, and financials
* Support portfolio prioritisation, resource planning, and capacity management
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and challenge where needed
* Facilitate decision-making through clear communication and structured reporting
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience delivering complex programmes in fast-paced environments
* Strong knowledge of programme governance, PMO frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
* Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and benefits realisation
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Preferred Background:
