The job role • Join a reputable organisation within the Central Engineering Services team at the Drinnick Distribution Centre. • Be a key player in maintaining efficient and compliant logistics and storage operations. • Lead and support a dedicated team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental performance. • Supervise and coordinate daily activities across the Distribution Centre. • Lead and motivate a team of store people/drivers to meet operational goals. • Maintain compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). • Oversee the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of materials. • Conduct and manage COSHH and risk assessments for store activities. • Support stock control and regular inventory checks, including satellite stores. • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
