We are seeking an organised Administrator for our mortgage and insurance advisory firm. You'll manage administrative tasks while supporting advisors with mortgage and insurance applications, client liaison, and lender communication. Duties
∙ Managing client records and filing systems
∙ Handling correspondence via email, phone, and post
∙ Organising meetings and appointments for advisors and clients
∙ Preparing documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
∙ Assisting with mortgage and insurance application preparation and submission
∙ Liaising with lenders, insurance providers, and clients
∙ Scrutinising documents including mortgage offers, bank statements, and policy documents
∙ Tracking application progress and maintaining case records
∙ Following up on outstanding documentation
∙ Responding to client enquiries promptly

Essential
∙ Office administration experience with strong organisational skills
∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
∙ Excellent communication skills with professional phone manner
∙ High attention to detail when reviewing financial documents
∙ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
