Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a team of building surveyors
* Managing and delivering a diverse range of building surveying services across commercial, rural, and residential sectors
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth
* Overseeing project management from inception to completion
* Providing strategic input into the future direction of the team and wider business
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
* Proven leadership experience within a building surveying team
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential sectors
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business development
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
