At Caremark Watford and Hertsmere we are seeking Support Workers for the Borehamwood, Bushey, Potters Bar & Watford areas.

What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: Hours Per Week - Various shifts available - Flexible provider

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting individuals with daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and toileting.

• Supporting mobility and physical disabilities, using personal aids and equipment.

• Providing care for the sick and terminally ill, including bed nursing and feeding.

• Promoting mental and physical activities through conversation, outings, and hobbies.

• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as making beds, cleaning, and laundry.

• Preparing and serving light meals, and handling related tasks like setting tables and washing up.

Am I the right person for this Support Worker job?

• Drivers are preferred

• Full-time workers are preferred

• Strong English-speaking skills are preferred

• Ability to be flexible

• Effective communication skills

• History of working in care is desirable but not necessary
