Customer Order Administrator Department: Customer ServiceLocation: Hyde We’re looking for a Customer Order Administrator to manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across the business. This is a fast-paced role, acting as a key point of contact between customers, sites, and internal teams. What You’ll Do Manage order processing (EDI and manual) accurately and on time Act as the main contact for customer, site and 3PL queries Monitor and resolve order issues, delays and discrepancies Maintain systems and ensure orders are processed right first time Support cross-team order management and provide reporting when required Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder communication What You’ll Bring Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good Excel and IT skills (SAP/ERP desirable) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Organised, proactive and team-focused mindset
