We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive SEMH school in St Neots. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need your support and expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to meet the needs of students with SEMH.
2. Monitor and support student progress, using tailored strategies to help them achieve their potential.
3. Collaborate with a dynamic and committed team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
5. Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
7. Strong subject knowledge in Maths and the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4.
8. Experience working with SEMH students or in a similar educational setting is highly desirable.
9. A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to teaching and supporting students.
10. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
