Adult Complex Care Nurse – Community Based
Location: Southampton
Shifts: Days Monday-Friday
Pay Rates (including holiday pay) : Days £
As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits adult nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.
We are looking to recruit Adult nurses in Southampton with UK-based complex care experience to work with a 20 year old female with Spinal Muscular Atrophy who enjoys Disney, music shopping and fashion. She lives with her mum, dad and pet dog

Role requirements
We are looking for adult nurses with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who are passionate, resilient and highly skilled. To be considered for this role we require the following key skills:
8. Ventilation via nasal mask and full face
9. Humidification
10. Nebulisers
11. Oral Suctioning
12. Oxygen Therapy
13. Mechanical Cough Assist
14. Physiotherapy
15. Gastrostomy care- pump and bolus
16. Emergency replacement of Gastrostomy
17. Medication administration
