Reports to: Senior Executive Assistant
Role Responsibilities:
1. Set up essential accounts for new employees
2. Assign appropriate access levels based on job titles
3. Remove accounts for departing employees
4. Respond to user queries, including password and access issues
5. Add new starters and updated roles to relevant email groups
6. Assign mandatory and role-specific training
7. Ensure accurate and precise data entry
