What you’ll do
* Support on conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, preparing marketing materials, and investment evaluations.
* Conduct in-depth industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Stay informed on market developments and their potential impact on client strategies.
* Collaborate with our senior colleagues with key research, evaluation and preparatory work.

What we’re looking for?
* Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess financial data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Organised and self-motivated, able to stay on top of your own tasks and follow-ups without being chased.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the London area for 6 months with a potential to become permanent after.

Anesi Advisors is a London-based boutique investment bank start up that provides M&A advisory services to SME and lower mid-market business owners. We are focused on founder led companies - connecting with entrepreneurs and fighting for the best possible outcome for them in selling their businesses.
Our founders Bradley Miles and Henry Lewis grew up in entrepreneurial families so appreciate the emotional burdens of running a business. They started Anesi to provide bulge bracket investment banking services to a part of the market that historically has not had this available to them. Underpinned by Bradley's investment banking experience and Henry's career in management consulting, we have formed a business that is centred around excellence and trustworthy representation.

We spend most of our days laughing, hustling to find opportunities, and preparing materials for investors in a diligent manner. We need someone that has an entrepreneurial endeavour and is happy to have a go at anything that the business requires at any given point in time.
