We’re working with a fantastic SEND school in Leeds that’s on the lookout for a compassionate, experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil 1:1. They’re after someone exactly like you—steady, warm, and great at building trust. What your day might look like: 1:1 classroom support and sensory guidance Helping the pupil stay on track and access learning Working closely with the SENCO, therapists, and teachers Creating a calm, structured learning space that feels safe and consistent You should have: Experience supporting children with autism or complex needs A positive, patient attitude (bonus points if you’ve mastered the art of silent encouragement) Great communication and teamwork skills Why work with Protocol Education?
