Candidate Manager - JSS - Recruiting Finance Professionals in London and the Home Counties

We’re working with a brilliant business that’s growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Managing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the month-end close
3. Assisting with annual audits and liaising with external auditors
4. Supporting internal financial controls and compliance processes
5. Playing a key role in finance projects, systems improvements, and process optimisation
6. Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive insight and performance
What We’re Looking For:
1. ACA or ACCA qualified
2. Solid understanding of technical accounting
3. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
4. A proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition and a desire to grow – we’re looking for future leaders!
