Your role The Sales Manager – OEM / Private Label is responsible for leading and expanding Amity’s global OEM and Private Label partnerships across its chemistry and consumables portfolio. This role manages an established, revenue-generating distributor base while actively identifying and developing new OEM/PL opportunities within international healthcare and medical device markets. This is a key commercial role supporting Amity’s next phase of growth. The successful candidate will bring strong OEM/PL experience, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and grow long-term partnerships globally. Business Development & Representation OEM / Private Label Growth Develop and execute the global OEM/PL strategy to drive revenue, margin, and market penetration Identify, secure, and develop new OEM/PL partners across medical devices, healthcare consumables, and infection prevention Analyse partner portfolios and propose aligned chemistry and consumable solutions Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements in line with commercial objectives Manage and grow a portfolio of international OEM and Private Label partners Build strong relationships across commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders Deliver structured business reviews, performance analysis, and growth plans Own OEM/PL sales forecasting and performance reporting Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to ensure compliant and effective delivery Attend international trade shows and industry events Support tenders and technical documentation requirements for OEM partners Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years’ sales experience in medical devices, healthcare consumables, or infection prevention Proven success managing international distributors and OEM/Private Label partnerships Strong negotiation experience with long-term or multi-year commercial agreements Experience working with hospitals, manufacturers, or healthcare supply chains Right to work in the UK Preferred Experience launching or scaling OEM/Private Label product lines Understanding of chemical consumables or medical cleaning/disinfection products Familiarity with regulatory and technical documentation requirements Key competencies Strong commercial leadership and strategic thinking Excellent negotiation and communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and in international environments Highly organised with the ability to manage long sales cycles Education & Languages Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, Medical Technology, or equivalent experience Fluent English required Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic) highly advantageous Our offer Work in an international, fast-growing industry that makes a real impact on healthcare.
