We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our team and support our Head Chef in running the day to day operation of running a busy kitchen. Join us at The Bull Hotel, a recently refurbished, beautiful 16th-century coaching inn situated in the bustling market town of Bridport. A truly special place to eat, drink and stay near the Jurassic coast. We are looking for a passionate chef who enjoys being part of a team that delivers a multitude of dining options from our main restaurant and courtyard dining areas to private dining, weddings and functions.

* As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
* Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal and fresh ingredients.
* A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
* Bring the best out of the kitchen team and help them grow and progress.
* Take pride in every successful service.
* A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
