We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Production Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, adaptable, and hands-on individual with previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or processing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple areas of the production facility, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00AM-14:00PM or 14:00PM - 22:00PM Pay Rate: £13.19 PH to £13.67 PH 40 hours per week Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Production Operative: Operating a variety of production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Supporting different areas of the production process, including preparation, production, packing, and dispatch Carrying out machine set-up, basic adjustments, and changeovers where required Completing quality checks and reporting any defects or issues promptly Ensuring products meet company quality, hygiene, and safety standards Following manufacturing procedures and maintaining accurate production records Identifying and reporting any equipment faults, accidents, or health and safety concerns Maintaining a clean and organised working environment in line with housekeeping standards Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets Key Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production, food, or processing environment is desirable Experience operating machinery and working across different production areas Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality Ability to identify problems and support solutions Good level of numeracy and literacy skills Flexible approach with the ability to learn new tasks quickly Reliable, team-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Temp to perm opportunity On-site parking Opportunity to develop skills within a growing manufacturing business Ready to get started?
