Offer description

We are looking for an innovator and a good communicator with experience in construction and site management to join our Development team.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of construction and customer care, where you will act as the technical lead for our post-completion process, managing defect resolution and customer aftercare.

Working across teams in the business such as Development, Assets, and Neighbourhood, you will ensure our homes meet our high quality standards and that they are comfortable and safe for our residents to live in.
