We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Completion Assistant—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in delivering a seamless client experience.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full post-completion lifecycle of property transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
* Preparing and issuing completion statements to clients and third parties.
* Assisting with the production of post-completion reports and summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Providing essential administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.
What we’re looking for:
* Prior experience in a post-completion or similar conveyancing support role.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident IT user with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
* A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
