💷 Pay: £85 - £115 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a strong and dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil who presents very challenging behaviour. This is a vital role within a mainstream primary school aiming to transform this child's educational experience and help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Role:
Supporting a Year 4 pupil on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day.
Implementing personalised behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external professionals.
Helping to create a safe, structured, and consistent environment that promotes learning and progress.
About You:
Previous experience working with children with behavioural needs is highly desirable.
Calm, firm, and confident in handling challenging situations.
Passionate about making a difference and helping children succeed, even when the journey is tough.
Able to build trust and rapport with children who may have had negative school experiences.
