Job Title: Client Care Advisor

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: Paragon Referrals

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week

Shifts: Monday - Friday 9.30am-5:30pm

1 in 5 Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm

1 in 11 Weekends both Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm ( you would receive the Friday off the week before, you work the weekend and the Wednesday after)

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Care team at Paragon Referrals.

Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued.

In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and email
* Manage referrals, bookings, reception duties, and client enquiries
* Support clients with payments, estimates, and insurance queries
* Work closely with colleagues and clinical teams
* Use practice systems accurately and follow GDPR and company policies
* Resolve low-level client complaints
* Help improve services and work efficiently

Essential Requirements

* Customer service experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good organisation and time management
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

Desirable

* Veterinary industry experience
* Experience handling complaints
* Customer service or BVRA qualifications
