The Role
The Restaurant General Manager will oversee one of the hotel’s flagship dining venues, delivering exceptional service, style, and commercial success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead the front-of-house team and ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility for restaurant operations
*
Lead recruitment, training, and development of the front-of-house team
*
Drive high standards of service, presentation, and guest engagement
*
Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to ensure seamless service flow
*
Deliver commercial objectives through effective forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation
*
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives
*
Represent the brand in the local community, building partnerships and promoting The NICI experience
About You
*
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in luxury or lifestyle dining
*
Experience in pre-opening operations is highly desirable
*
Leadership style that inspires, motivates, and develops teams
*
Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise
*
Passionate about delivering a memorable guest journey
