Assistant Retail Catering Manager
£28, - £32, per annum (pro rata)
37 hours per week; working hours between 07:30 and 18:00 on a rota basis - This post is mainly based at our City campus
About the Role
1. We operate over 4 campuses, 7 days a week so a flexible approach to working hour, and location, is essential.
2. We offer a range of modern food and beverage concepts, including barista style cafes, 'Deli' bars, 'Grab and Go' products alongside a variety of freshly prepared hot dishes.
3. This role reports to the Retail Manager and is responsible for the city campus operation, comprising 9 outlets and operated by a team of 25.
4. You'll be a friendly, organised and approachable person who strives to deliver fantastic customer service.
5. Ideally, you'll have worked in a multi site, fast paced catering operation and have experience of leading a team.
6. Key duties include maintaining departmental standards and ensuring compliance, stock management, maximising sales and team management.
7. Working with food it is vital to maintain good hygiene standards, adhering to all health, safety and departmental standards and procedures, and ideally you will have knowledge and experience in this.
