THE ROLE You’ll be the primary maintenance presence at Kularoo, the person residents and staff rely on to keep the facility safe, functional, and well looked after. You’re on the tools, not behind a desk, and no two days are quite the same. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, and paintwork Log, manage, and complete maintenance requests through the CMMS (Maintenance Connection) Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions, disposals, and maintenance activities Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager on budget planning and asset management Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, residents, and contractors Ensure all activities comply with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies ABOUT KULAROO & FORSTER Kularoo Aged Care Centre is a respected, community-rooted facility in Forster on the NSW Mid North Coast.
