A well-established, design-led brand is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative thinker who thrives on bringing bold ideas to life across print, digital and social channels.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about craft, obsessed with detail, and confident leading projects from concept through to delivery - all while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity.
The Role
As Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual output across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, product and wider business teams, you’ll deliver high-quality creative that supports brand objectives and commercial goals.
You’ll also act as a creative mentor, offering guidance and direction to junior designers and helping elevate the overall standard of design across the team.

* Owning the design process from initial concept to final execution
* Creating impactful, on-brand design across print, digital and social platforms
* Championing brand consistency and visual excellence
* Collaborating cross-functionally to translate briefs into compelling creative
* Providing art direction and constructive feedback to junior team members
* Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
* Staying ahead of design trends and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table
The Person
You’re an experienced Senior Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility, creativity and strategic thinking. You have a refined eye for typography, colour and layout, and you’re confident presenting ideas to stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a senior design role (agency or in-house)
* Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
* A portfolio showcasing high-quality print and digital work (packaging experience a bonus)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience within FMCG is desirable but not essential.
