* HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours a week.

As our newly created Marketing Communications Executive, you’ll be supporting our most ambitious marketing campaigns for 2026 spanning Everyday Banking, Savings & Investments, Insurance, and Mass Affluent portfolios. This is your chance to shape high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions, while building strong stakeholder relationships across the business and with our agency partners. What You’ll Be Doing
* Bring Campaigns to Life: Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, Audio, Digital, Social, and Media Partnerships ensuring every touchpoint is purposeful and powerful.
* Own the Numbers: Help manage budgets, raise purchase orders, and track/ report on campaign spend with precision.
* Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Work closely with our external agencies, marketing pods, planning, product, and compliance teams to keep campaigns aligned, agile, and impactful.
* Keep Us Moving: Use tools like JIRA and Workfront to manage workflows and approvals for auditing and compliance reporting.
* Measure What Matters: Work with our Growth Accelerator team to monitor campaign performance, uncover insights, and optimise for success.
* Stay Curious: Explore new trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh thinking to everything you do.

* Awareness of media and social trends, and ideas for how we can use them to elevate our campaigns.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Great communication, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to dive into any challenge.
* Some hands-on experience with marketing delivery whether through internships, coursework, or previous roles.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, AI tools, JIRA, or Workfront is a bonus but not essential.
