As a Brand Ambassador at Honour, you will serve as the face of our brand, playing a key role in connecting with customers and promoting our products and services. Your main goal will be to boost brand awareness, foster strong customer relationships, and support sales through impactful communication and marketing initiatives. We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is genuinely passionate about our brand and can confidently represent our values to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
* Interact with customers to share product knowledge and service offerings.
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence and visibility.
* Gather customer feedback to support future marketing improvements.
* Work closely with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional content.
* Uphold the brand's image through professional behavior and presentation.
* Help onboard and train new team members on brand messaging and customer engagement techniques.
Required Skills:
* Solid understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage a wide range of audiences.
