Overview
The Industrial Integration department is a team heavily involved in supporting the short and long term strategy of the business. Our team is always at the forefront of promoting innovation and continuous improvement through "Dragons Den" style forums and key project reviews. We also act as the conscience of the business by providing a monthly summary report of the business performance across a targeted balance score card. Our team is also responsible for the allocation of Capex funding which is utilised to fund new and exciting projects to drive our company into the future. An exciting opportunity has become available within the Industrial Integration department at Airbus Broughton.
Key Responsibilities
* Chairing "Dragons Den" style reviews, where you will hear new and innovative ideas directly from the originator;
* Allocating project sponsors to support and facilitate the growth and development of these ideas;
* Chairing project Productivity Improvement Meeting (PIM) reviews for the operational areas, facilitating projects where funding has been secured to drive work content reduction and performance improvements;
* Supporting Capex submissions process through application of funding to back new and innovative ideas;
* Chair monthly performance reviews with Component Delivery Team (CDT's) and key stakeholders to monitor businesses performance across a wide metric.
Qualifications
* Studying towards a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting;
* The ability to communicate effectively;
* The ability to collate robust and informative presentations;
* The confidence to chair key sessions and present accordingly;
* A strong interest in self-development;
* The desire to work in an open and trusting environment.
Security Clearance
You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Salary: £23,400 | 35 hours per week | Flexible working hours | Half day Fridays! | 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
