167 Solutions is partnering with a global enterprise seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and optimisation of their Salesforce estate. This is a strategic contract assignment with a focus on stabilising the platform, reducing legacy technical debt and improving data quality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Role Overview
You will define and own end to end Salesforce solutions, provide architectural assurance and embed strong governance across the organisation. A key part of the role is supporting the development of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence, while addressing legacy debt, data duplication and long term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and wider multi cloud environments.
* Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and well governed Salesforce solutions.
* Establish governance frameworks covering standards, design assurance, release cycles and change control.
