We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician for our long-established client in the Swadlincote area, this is a full-time office-based position. (NOT REMOTE WORKING) There will be a significant level of customer contact so good customer service skills will be necessary, in our shop/office, customers sites, and including telephone support. Full UK drivers’ licence and own vehicle is essential. Working hours Monday to Friday (35hrs per week) Duties include: Dealing with shop customers in need of support on PC’s, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Visits to local clients to fix software and networking issues. Providing business support for Office 365 access and other PC, printer, and network router issues. Website administration VOIP phone support and setup. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in a hands-on IT support role Good working knowledge of the following : Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server (Apply online only) Microsoft 365 Various Email and Antivirus applications PC / Mac / laptop installation, diagnostics and fault finding Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, routers, cabling) WordPress
