Overview

Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers and overseas suppliers via email
* Processing orders via Far East suppliers
* Arranging, providing and following up samples and quotes
* Quoting on orders via overseas suppliers, negotiating pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliers
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Assisting with shipping of products including calculating currency conversions, duty costs and freight costs
* Tracking of order with suppliers
* Co-ordinating between customer and supplier regarding artwork for review, amendment, and approval
* Chasing suppliers regarding lead times, schedules, and obligations
* Ensuring and tracking shipments, managing customer expectations and confirming deliveries
* Liaising with UK warehouse to confirm receipt of goods and arranging onward shipment
* Assisting customers with aftersales issues
* Updating all order information on the system
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a busy admin or order processing role
* Confident using Excel and email
* Can work in a busy, fast paced environment
* Strong numeracy skills
* Accurate with a good eye for detail
* Excellent phone manner
