Compliance Officer - Education Recruitment

Starting salary of £26,000 per annum + Commission
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)

is looking for an organised and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our growing Education division in Preston.
This is a key role within the business, supporting our recruitment teams by ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and ready to work within schools. You'll play an important part in maintaining high standards and helping us deliver a smooth and professional service to both candidates and clients.
You'll also have the opportunity to increase your earnings through a commission structure paid per cleared file, rewarding efficiency and productivity.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
Managing candidate compliance files from registration through to clearance
Processing and reviewing DBS checks, references, right to work documents, and safeguarding paperwork
Ensuring all compliance processes meet education sector standards and regulations
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Liaising with candidates, consultants, and clients regarding outstanding documentation
Supporting the wider Education team with administrative tasks where required
What we're looking for:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous administration or compliance experience is beneficial
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive and professional approach to work
