Were supporting them in the search for an experienced Estimator to join their Commercial New Projects Team in Warrington, supporting strategic bids across a broad range of sectors including Social Housing, Decarbonisation Retrofits, Planned Works, Passive & Active Fire Protection, and more. This Estimator role is more than just a number-crunching role youll play a key part in shaping winning tenders, collaborating with supply chain partners, and engaging with clients to help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities The Estimator will produce accurate, strategic tender submissions across multiple sectors Evaluate enquiries, scope work, identify risks, and develop detailed pricing models Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Work closely with Directors and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers Support continuous improvement across the tendering process Provide clear, concise financial overviews and strategic insight at adjudication stage What Youll Bring 5 years experience in estimating/planning bids across housing, decarb, or fire protection Skilled in pricing from first principles, with solid Excel and IT capability Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work flexibly, office-based with occasional site visits Why Join This Employer?
