What will I do?
You will be a strong leader who has the ability to articulate a vision for the hotel, embed our new values, being able to narrate how we are doing and where we are heading, influence and move the whole team in one direction, together. You’ll have responsibility for all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, people management, financial performance, sales & revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.

16. Passionate about continually driving top line performance.
17. Previous experience operating a large M&E, Golf, Leisure & Spa, or multifaceted hotel.
18. Proven track record in developing, rolling out and operating successful concepts.
19. Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
20. Create a culture focused on delivering the highest levels of customer scores and online reputation.
21. Have visibility within the property
22. An ability to think for oneself whilst understanding the difference between autonomy and accountability.
23. Strong business acumen coupled with knowledge & understanding of all commercial and financial aspects of hotel operations.
24. Identify potential opportunities and challenges and devise strategies to deal effectively with both.
25. Highly passionate & driven about hospitality.
