IT Support Analyst / Stratford-Upon-Avon

Be the go-to for up to 400 staff, providing exceptional end-user support alongside their team.
Diagnose and resolve IT issues, ensuring seamless service delivery within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate on exciting technical projects, maintain infrastructure, and support their Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and more).
Champion cybersecurity, contribute to ISO 27001 compliance, and support business continuity efforts.
Coach and guide juniors to success while driving innovation in IT processes.
Be comfortable working on Service Desk and dealing with tickets and process to a timely manner.
You bring 4+ years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is a big plus.
SQL, Endpoint and ServiceNow experience is a bonus.
Network and infrastructure exposure is also a bonus.
