Fram are working with a second-generation wealth manager based in the South-East of England. They are keen to speak to advisors who are unhappy with all the consolidations, acquisition and internal changes happening in the industry. Our client has no requirements for Private Equity investment or intention of being acquired and want advisors who are looking for that long term stable home for them and their clients. They are looking to build AUM via advisors so are willing to give new advisors who join them in the next year share in business. The role is employed and looking for an advisor with a client following and a proven track record of developing business via their own network as well as developing an existing book. This is a great opportunity for a qualified advisor from either an independent or restricted background. Our client also has their own in-house investment proposition and range of funds, that advisors can recommend to clients, but also have the ability to invest elsewhere. The role is to provide clients with specialist advice on how to manage their money. It will involve researching the marketplace and recommending the most appropriate products and services available, ensuring that clients are aware of products that best meet their needs. Responsibilities include: contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements completing risk analyses researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services designing financial strategies assisting clients to make informed decisions. researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products reviewing and responding to clients changing needs and financial circumstances keeping up to date with financial products and legislation A likely candidate will be an experienced advisor looking for a well-established, stable firm that is growing organically. Our client is offering a good basic salary, half yearly bonus with no validation and a long-term incentive bonus. You can be based anywhere in the UK but would need to attend monthly or quarterly meetings in the Sussex area.
