The PMO Analyst is an exciting new role within the Finance PMO team at GXO where you will play a pivotal in supporting the delivery of the new Global ERP system. You will assist Programme Manager in the planning, controlling, monitoring, driving and reporting of existing IT Projects & IT Change. This is a full-time, permanent role, with Monday-Friday working hours. This is a remote based role with travel to both our London & Northampton offices. What youll do on a typical day: Ensure all projects adhere to the standard methodology & Stage Gates Ensure project and change budgets are tracked and are kept on target Provide Risk & Issue Management support to the Project Managers to ensure mitigation plans are in place Track actions and ensure they are followed up and resolved to plan Support the Project Team with the creation, maintenance & closure of project plans What you need to succeed at GXO: A proven track record working in a Project Support / PMO environment Excellent governance & following R.A.I.D processes Knowledge of Project Management methodologies PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
