Full time -8:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday term time only
Salary ££ per day dependent on experience

As a Teaching Assistant here, you’ll play a vital role in helping lessons run smoothly—whether it’s one-to-one support, small group interventions, or just being that steady presence who helps young people focus and succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting students across a range of subjects, 1:1 or in small groups
2. Helping to create a calm, structured learning environment
3. Encouraging positive behaviour, focus, and resilience
4. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support learning goals
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, mentoring, sports clubs—you name it!)
6. A calm, resilient approach with a dash of humour for those tougher days
7. Flexibility and confidence to support across different classroom dynamics
