Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (A-Level teaching experience is desirable)
* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature
* The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire students of all abilities
* Strong classroom management skills
* Be based in or able to travel to Telford
Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Planning, preparing, and assessing students' work
* Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Following the school's behaviour management and safeguarding policies
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Contributing to the wider success of the English department
