Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our client’s friendly and supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the main contact for customer and operational queries, making sure everything runs smoothly between internal teams and external suppliers. Logging, tracking, and resolving customer requests through internal systems, keeping communication clear and professional at all times. Supporting the Sales team with reports, order updates, and general admin tasks. Keeping an eye on service quality and following up to make sure all responses are accurate and helpful. Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, tracking progress, sorting out any hiccups, and keeping records up to date. Collecting and reporting performance data to help improve service levels. Helping the Customer Care Manager with training and supporting new team members. Investigating and resolving order, delivery, or invoice queries quickly and efficiently. Keeping customer information accurate in company systems and producing regular reports. Assisting with basic finance admin such as invoice preparation and reconciliations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and happy learning new systems. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude. Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
