This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and spending time in our Halifax office.We\\re looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn - could that be you?What does a day-to-day look like? Oversee internal and external claims audits to ensure quality assurance, risk mitigation, cost containment, and fair customer municate informative and actionable audit findings to internal teams and senior stakeholders through structured reporting and presentations.Maintain accurate governance records across platforms like SharePoint, ensuring oversight is up to date and compliant.Lead efficiency initiatives by continuously reviewing team workload and identifying opportunities for improvement.Drive recovery actions related to financial leakage and ensure external partners act on audit outcomes.Provide leadership support through mentoring, strategic development, and deputising in the absence of the Claims Oversight Manager.What you\\ll need to succeed: Extensive auditing expertise, with preferred experience in Financial Services, and delegated authority governanceSkilled in delivering clear, professional communication and constructive feedback within audit and oversight teamsAnalytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementCapable of managing diverse responsibilities independently and driving team deliverablesHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skills, maintaining accuracy under pressureDemonstrates adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting evolving business needsInternal Auditor certified Not sure if you tick every box?
