Overview
A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Walthamstow. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.
Location: Walthamstow
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 8-5 Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of electricians, dealing with queries relating to electrical installation and testing.
* Ensure your team is clear on their roles and responsibilities, assess resource requirements and support management.
About You
* Time served Electrician with knowledge of social housing and health and safety.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to oversee a team of electricians with all compliancy.
* Valid full clean UK driving licence (minimum 12 months) as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
Qualifications
* Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Certification for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Bs 7671
* Inspection and Testing qualification (such as C&G 2391 or 2394 and 2395)
* At least two years of practical AM2 assessment of competence
* Thorough understanding of the Building Regulations
