* Employed: £10,750 per session per annum
* Contractor: £400 per session

About the Role
Our client is recruiting a GP with an Extended Role (GPwER) in ADHD/Mental Health to join its expanding community neurodevelopmental service.
Working alongside an experienced consultant-led multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will support the assessment, monitoring, and ongoing management of adults with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions within a community-based setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP with an interest in mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders looking to further specialise within a growing service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct ADHD assessments, follow-up reviews, and medication monitoring
* Support patient management including titration, prescribing, and treatment planning
* Manage patient queries and provide clinical advice regarding ADHD medications and side effects
* Review and interpret investigation results including ECGs and blood tests
* Work collaboratively with consultants, specialist nurses, GPs, and MDT colleagues
* Support clinical governance, audits, and service development initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation using SystmOne and associated clinical systems
* Contribute to patient education and support around ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* MRCGP qualification
* General psychiatry or mental health experience
* Interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders
* Strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills
* Ability to work independently and flexibly within community services
Desirable
* Previous ADHD or neurodevelopmental service experience
* Experience delivering education or training
* Experience within community mental health services
* Experience using SystmOne
